Here’s a picture of Lex on his second birthday when the Marco joined the family – who would have guessed he would still be with us three years later! Yesterday, we decided to let the little beta go back to his family. His scoliosis was definitely diminishing his quality of life, so we all said goodbye as daddy released him into the Haw River so he could reconnect with his family and friends.
