Aquarius

Okay, I'm not really into this sort of thing, but when we decided on a water birth, I ran across something about Elliana being an Aquarius and thought is was a neat coincidence. Then I read the descriptions for our family and they were pretty dead on. I described the personalities to Sherief and had him guess which one it applied to - they were all so obvious.

I haven't used any other word to describe Elli other than "unpredictable" and was surprised to see it among the info on Aquarians from http://www.astrology-online.com/aquarius.htm.

It also said she will be intellectual, which is one of the reasons we chose her name (Elina means intelligent in Hindi). Other namesakes we thought of (Eleanor Roosevelt, Queen Elizabeth, Ellen Degeneres, Elaine Bailey) live up to some of the positive traits too – humanitarians, independent, inventive, and friendly. I always liked the idea of a word part that meant “light” too and Eliana comes from the latin word for sun – aelianus. When I was younger, I thought of naming a girl Amethyst and calling her Amy – I think it’s neat that will be her birth stone and love that it is supposed to represent peace.
