Gingerbread Train

Lex and Sherief wanted to saw a gingerbread kit at the store and I said we didn't need one - when I looked up the recipe online, I ran across blueprints for a gingerbread train. The dough broke my mixer and all the pieces were a little more than I had anticipated, but Lex is very proud of his project. Lex wanted a gingerbread daddy, boy, little brother, dog, and mommy with a baby in her belly:) Taye thoroughly enjoyed it when he got to help and screamed like crazy when he was told he couldn't because he kept eating the candy.
