Went for a walk the other day and stopped at a small tree for Lex to go potty. As we waited, he said "Mom, see that big tree over there? Later (he means earlier), a long time ago, another little boy peed on that tree and it grew big and tall. And earlier (he means later), I'll make this little tree grow bigger."
